Are you passionate about theatre and eager to dive into the world of professional productions? Look no further! The Friction Theatre is seeking one amazing individual to join our team as a Summer Intern.

About the Internship:

• Duration: Summer (Start ASAP, End in September)

• Hours: 10-12 hours per week (in-person and remote) Flexible schedule that works for both Intern and Friction!

• Compensation: $1000 for the summer

• Qualifications: Knowledge in theatre (special skills in lighting, costuming, props, sound, or design are a bonus)

• Responsibilities: Assisting with various aspects of production, including tasks assigned by Megan and Chris Krause

• Special Skills: Familiarity with social media, photography, and videography for promotional purposes

Requirements:​

• 18 + (Preferably 21+ but not required, due to shows at bars and selling of alcohol at events)

• Availability for major Friction events (e.g., The Three Musketeers Shows, Evil Dead Auditions, potential Speakeasy show, Nunsense)

• Willingness to adapt and work around college commitments (if applicable)

• Commitment to driving (if needed for transportation)

• Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a love for theatre!
